Upcoming Events

Nov-30-2005
New Wednesday Workshop Topic: JKD Kickboxing

Starting Wednesday, November 30th, the focus of our Wednesday Workshops 
will be JKD Kickboxing.  In these classes we will be training highly 
interactive focus mitt and trapping drills. Students will develop their 
striking and footwork skills over the next six weeks.

This workshop is open to students of all experience levels.  Students 
interested in participating will need a set of focus mitts, bag gloves and 
a mouthguard.  We are offering sale prices on this equipment starting Nov. 
15th.

Our next Wednesday Workshop topic will be Competition Stickfighting, as our 
fighters gear up for the US Nationals in February of 2006.  This topic 
starts Wednesday, January 11th 2006.

Healing Arts Workshop at Sage - Thai Massage - Longi Yoga

Sage Arts Studio welcomes Stan Kononov as our next guest instructor.  Stan 
is a practicing Massage Therapist, with a background in Traditional and 
Thai Massage.  This Saturday he will be sharing his knowledge into the 
system of Thai Massage. This workshop will include two hours of Thai 
Massage and one hour of Longi Yoga, taught by Mr. Sell.

The Workshop will run from Noon - 3 PM and is open to all students, friends 
and family.  The cost is only $30.  Classes for that day will be Kali at 11 
AM only.

Closed for the Holidays

Sage Arts Studio will be closed for the holidays on these days. During the 
week between these holidays, classes will be held as normal.  We wish 
everyone a safe and warm holiday season.  Our weekend classes will resume 
normal schedule as of Saturday, January 7th, 2006.

Students can now sport our newest T-shirt designs in class and at home.  We 
also have several poster prints and special designs now available for

Our school website now has a newly re-designed events calendar, which is 
updated weekly, and has upcoming events thru February of 2006.  Be sure to

New Portfolio

Mr. Sell has launched an updated portfolio for his artwork.  He has worked 
as a freelance web designer, fine artist and illustrator for many
