Congratulations to our Fighters!

A special thanks to our fighters and those students who came to cheer them
on this last Saturday, for the World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation Midwest
US Regional Championships. Several of our students fought for the first
time, and everyone had a great time. Nick Wintergerst placed 2nd in Men's
169-171 lbs Single Stick Fighting, and 4th in Men's 171-181 lbs Double
Stick Fighting. Mr. Sell placed 2nd in both Single and Double Stick
Fighting Divisions in Men's 221 and over weight class. Other competitors
included Kari Schulz, Henry Pietrie, and Michael & Samantha Fischbach.

We are all looking forward to the National Championships, scheduled to be
held in Milwaukee in February of 2006. Make sure you mark your calendars
so you can be there as our fighters compete for a spot on the US Team. For

participate and get some extra mat time in.

Students interested in participating will need a Judo or Jiujitsu Gi, a
belt and a mouthguard. We are currently offering a discounted price for

Welcome Back!

This month, we'd like to welcome our returning students, it has been a long
time. Many times life gets in the way of training, and time or money
become an issue. What is important is that we make time for the important
things in life, like old friends. We'll be here when you're ready.
