The pictures here, were taken at the conference in Halifax NS, on June 24th“Living with Schizophrenia in 2005 In Nova Scotia, Featuring Dr. Xavier Amador” Dr Amador is in the middle of the first row. Most of the rest of people in the pictures are Chapter representatives. Our chapter had a very good show at the conference.

It has been another very productive quarter for our chapter. We had presentations at the Community College in Springhill, and the Salvation Army.

A fun thing we did was the annual beach party at Mikes Cottage. It rained, but it didn’t drown out the quiet gathering we had under the sound of rain on the roof. Mike and Lorraine were superb hosts

On Monday May 2, the first meeting of "Strengthening of Families Together”, was held in Amherst. Sharon Murphy, and Lorraine Mac Donald Headed up the 10 week secession after approval from Cathy Thurston of the Mental health Services of Cumberland.
